Horrible Dealership Leased a 2014 Chevy Cruze one month ago. Exchanged a 2012 Nissan Altima. The salesman -Jason said at the time that he would absorb the final costs and Leased a 2014 Chevy Cruze one month ago. Exchanged a 2012 Nissan Altima. The salesman -Jason said at the time that he would absorb the final costs and take the Nissan from our hands. Still getting bills from Nissan for "closing costs". Jason now saying we are responsible. Sales Mgr and him do not return phone calls. Horrible customer service. Shady operation. Will never return there! More

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Donna's Amazing! I have been buying my own cars for the past 30 years. Well most people do, right? But how many are women? I have had experiences that were unbelievabl I have been buying my own cars for the past 30 years. Well most people do, right? But how many are women? I have had experiences that were unbelievable from walking around a showroom with no one coming up to me to getting information and no one asking for my name. I could give other experiences but why continue when I can tell you how I excited I am to give this review about Huntington Chevrolet. I was on my way back from the Ford dealership trying to get another (3rd) Expedition. And once again I was getting a little bit of a run around from them. So I left and I said to myself that I should just stick with the car until after the winter and see what happens. So I pulled out of their driveway and made a turn and then traveled down another road I was unfamiliar with when I saw a Chevrolet dealership. I remembered that my son had gotten a black Tahoe as a loaner which had caught my eye and I said to myself, "check it out!" And so I did... That was the beginning of "heaven!" I had the most wonderful salesperson - Donna Daub was like a friend - a great friend! I can't explain what a wonderful experience I had -a happy time, with a lot of fun; they couldn't do more for me and they were like one big happy family! I 've run a company and that's how I manage - and I know it works!! And, I fell in love with the Tahoe - that car does things that I can't imagine cars do - if I had a toilet and a fridge in it I would live in it (only kidding!) So thank you to all at the dealership because I know a team effort when I see one. In particular to the manager who came over to me a few times introducing himself and thanking me but who's name I forgot (sorry about that) to the other salesmen who came over to say hi, to two trainees who helped me empty my car, and again to "my Donna" the best salesperson I ever met! The Impala is gorgeous and the "Vet" which is what we used to call it is "Smoking Hot!" More
