I got my truck in same day and they did a nice job. I was frustrated that they found an issue and wanted me to pay an additional $280 to diagnose a problem already found. Well. You guys cannot seem to keep mechanics happy and or take care of your people! so, now, I am the one that is inconvenienced as the customer and has You guys cannot seem to keep mechanics happy and or take care of your people! so, now, I am the one that is inconvenienced as the customer and has to suffer! I have a transmission issue (Again) on my 2022 Silverado 2500 High Country Duramax that I bought brand new from you guys and you cannot even service it. This is how I'm treated for me giving you, my business!? Joe tells me, you need to take it somewhere else!!!!! Well, Thats convenient! thank you! So, let me take more time off of work, make another appointment, drop the truck off somewhere that I've never been in hopes they can actually take care of me! because your dealer ship clearly is incapable!! I asked Joe since the truck was already at your dealer ship and you diagnosed the issue, if YOU GUYS could transport the truck to another dealership to get the work done? He says, "Oh no, we don't do that you need to take it to the dealer of your choice". Well, xxxx! I thought I was at the dealer of my choice!!! Again, great customer service!! I would think you would make something work rather than just telling a customer, sorry now xxxx off!!! More
