Roger was the only Service Writer that was busy, so I was sent to him for some reason. He did take care of my needs and the service tech was fast and efficient. Joe Altmix was very helpful and kind when I dropped off my car. He explained the extended insurance coverage. He was very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed from my car.
