Even though I didn’t purchase my vehicle from Life! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Emich Chevrolet’s service department. Even though I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them, they treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I was nearing the end of my warranty and getting the runaround from another Colorado dealership, but Austin, the Service Manager, went above and beyond to help me. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for resolving my issue made all the difference. Thanks to Austin and the team, I’ll definitely be buying my next Chevrolet from Emich. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Tahoe in 2022, and they have been awful to deal with since. The vehicle had multiple issues and they said it was now my problem.
