Hi, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone we serve. Unfortunately, a thief walked into an unauthorized area of our building and procured the vehicle key. We reported the incident to the police immediately when a vehicle a vehicle was spotted driving through the fence. Luckily, the vehicle was recovered by police within 24 hours of incident occurrence. I understand economy Inflation is tough. We worked diligently on discounts and rates to assist in a New model vehicle purchase, keeping in mind the unfortunate events. Unfortunately, we could not find enough discounts on a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Equinox to match the value of your 2020 Equinox with 60,000 miles prior to Theft. Please feel free to reach out, we would be happy to assist you in any way we can.

And this is exactly why I gave 1 star. Lack of accountability and responsibility. A “thief” took my key only because they had access to it because it was left out due to failure to follow proper protocol. The police stated that no one had filed a police report on a stolen car at your establishment because a car wasn’t reported stolen, just a car diving though your beloved fence and they don’t respond to vandalism. Therefore I had to make the report. My car was found within 24 hours with no help to you, I called OnStar right away after you all contacted me hours after it was stolen. THEY were able to contact with the police, locate my car and kill the ignition. And I didn’t want a deal on a new 2024 just some deal at all. 1000. 00 off a 2019 is not a deal. Everyone that I told about this unfortunate event was willing to step in and help more than you. The community providing food for my family knowing that I was stressed with the situation, rides for my kids, legal advice. Not to mention the MANY dealerships, even no haggling that were willing to give me a better deal than you were willing. And guess what, a couple still call and check on me knowing that I already have a car. My 90 year old grandfather retired from your establishment. I have a family discount, I was simply asking what could be done in addition, and got no response. I will continue to justify my star rating. You have shown your cards by continuing to make excuses and NOT taking responsibility, but that’s okay because there are many decent human beings that were willing to step in despite all of your ridiculous excuses.
