This dealership was more then I could have ever asked for! Josh Ostrow is an AMAZING salesman and he knows what he's doing. He is honest, genuine, upfront, and cares about his customers! I have never met a team of sales guys so committed to their customers!!!I got a INSANE deal on a beautiful avenger that is my dream car, and Vincent Asermely got me a wonderful deal on extended warranties and financing rates. They worked with my price range and the monthly payments I could afford and it worked out GREAT! I honestly could not be happier with my experience, this is the best dealership in RI and I recommend Josh and this team to ANYONE! I decided that choosing the right car for me was going to boil down to the car that I could afford myself and the dealership was going to be one recommend by my family. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE BETTER CHOICES. I walked into Elmwood DCJ with a set monthly payment, insurance and a down payment. I walked out with MY VERY OWN CAR THAT I COULD AFFORD and an experience I will cherish and recommend to others. Mr. James Bray has a heart of gold and did everything possible for me. Mr. Vinny has very understanding! And Mr. Tavares, I can’t recall his first name, was extremely helpful and returned all my calls whenever James couldn’t get back to me. More

I wake up on a Saturday morning and before sipping my first cup of coffee, my wife Connie, not only has the morning newspaper waving in her hand at me with the add about the cost of the new Jeep Patriot first cup of coffee, my wife Connie, not only has the morning newspaper waving in her hand at me with the add about the cost of the new Jeep Patriot advertised by Elmwood Dodge, but she's asking me to come to the phone where she had already dialed the phone and it's ringing on the other end. "Honey, come quick and talk to them about the price shown". So after a quick phone chat with the salesman, we're sitting in the salesman's office discussing what I am willing to pay for the new Patriot. My expectation was very very slim that I would be leaving this dealer with the new Patriot. In less than 30 minutes, they're asking me when can I bring them in the check. My reply was right after I have my second cup of coffee. Low and behold, that morning we were driving home with our first new vehicle, the 2012 Jeep Patriot. And Mr. Jones personally linked Connie's bluetooth phone with the vehicles radio. And if you've ever heard Mr. Jones voice, you'd swear he's been the aloof underground radio disc jockey that been playing the old classic rock, jazz, R&B, etc tunes the kid's today have no idea of what they're missing. We had a great experience at Elmwood Dodge when we came to purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Noel was a great salesman who was pretty reasonable with us about what we could afford in comparison to what we wa to purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Noel was a great salesman who was pretty reasonable with us about what we could afford in comparison to what we wanted. He had agreat attitude, was very friendly, and stayed late on several occassions to assist us with our shopping process. Vinny A, the business/finance manager, was also great in helping us with financing and finding the perfect vehicle for us. We would very highly recommend this dealership for the quality of service we received and the great atmosphere we found here. Everyone was very helpful and patient with us and took the time and steps that were necessary to get us into the vehicle that made us happy. We will absolutely return here in the future for service and sales needs in the future. More

We were told to pick the car up the next day and spent another hour and forty minutes waiting. I hope the service center is better then our sales experience. I originally went to purchase a Jeep Wrangler at Metro Jeep in Johnston RI, and my experience was awful. The agreement that was agreed to fell through, they were going to finance a deal $6,000 more that I Jeep in Johnston RI, and my experience was awful. The agreement that was agreed to fell through, they were going to finance a deal $6,000 more that I never agreed to! Then I turned to Elmwood, I first send a request in through James on the internet, I received a response within a hour! Right from the start when I walked in I was treated with the up most respect. This was the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased and this was my best, non hassle experience. Viriato Correira was awesome. He treated me as if I was his son. He was honest, upfront and showed great humor. Vinny, the finance manager really worked to get me around the payment I needed. Even with negative equity and the purchase of a 2012 Jeep Wrangler special edition, I got exactly where I wanted. The vehicle itself is an impressing looking Jeep. I am thrilled with it, and have gotten many compliments. The purchasing of this Jeep took WAY less time than what I experienced in the past. The first day I was there only 2 hrs for selecting the Jeep I wanted and to start the financing paperwork. I went back two days later to finalize the transaction and was only there for 45 minutes! The Jeep was spotless, cleaned and wheels shining right when I arrived. This was best experience I could of hoped for. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you! -Michael Amaral More
