I was scheduled to drop my vehicle on Sunday night. I could not get the key box to work properly. I called the next day (Monday) I was told ok to come in. When I arrived, David checked in my Tahoe. Was there for almost 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, air filter change and replace windshield wipers with an appointment. My dash screen has the coatings around it peeling off. Appears to be a defect in the coating process. I asked that it be replaced under my $3k+ bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased when I bought the Appears to be a defect in the coating process. You being experts at marketing and customer satisfaction it boggles my mind that you would allow such a thing to transpire. I will not be back. Saddens me a bit cuz I like some of you're people.
