Hey Jennifer, we appreciate your feedback on your service, as well as for choosing our service team for your Yukon's needs. I do apologize in advance if there was any miscommunication, but do hope that we can turn your experience around. To touch on what our service team said in reference to their recommendations, these services are mileage based, as reflected in your owners manual. Flushing your Coolant, Brakes, 4WD system, etc. are preventative maintenances to ensure your vehicle is running its best, with the intent of avoiding unnecessary repairs later on. These will be especially important with the 26,000 miles you've put on the vehicle in the last year. Although these fluids in your vehicle are synthetic, they will still degrade over time. Unfortunately, as you're quite aware, your replacement mirror wasn't particularly cheap either. I do hope that Josh and the rest of our team have been able to address all of your concerns during your visit, know that we're here for you anytime should there be anything we can do to assist you. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and because my check engine light came on. After an entire day the tech assured me it was the battery. I asked if this will definitely resolve the issue and he said yes so after replacing the battery , wipers and oil change I paid 500 dollars and that's after using my Chevy loyalty points. 3 days later the light comes back on. I called and spoke with Josh Elkins who said to bring the car back. I told him I can not because I do not live close I live 45 mins away. I asked why the lights would come back on if you said it was the battery he said well we didn't know it was the battery the code said low voltage so we replaced it and it cleared the code. There was a chance it would come back on but it needed to be driven a few miles first. Angry , I said then why didn't you text the car before telling me the car had been fixed. And making me purchase a better for no reason . He proceed to tell me the code cleared so they thought it was fixed and again asked me to return my vehicle. I explained I can not because I need my car because the kids are back in school and I'm back at work that's why I dropped it off before all of this began. I asked for a loaner he said they don't have any and will not for 2 weeks. He also said I would have to PAY for the loaner if the issues are covered under warranty. Very upset I said I just paid for a battery for no reason !!!. He continued to push my to bring the car back on Wed, Thurs,or Fri because that's when the mechanics are in they don't work the weekends. Not very accommodating. He offered to out me on a call list for when the loaners come in it would be 2 weeks. I agreed, that was the end of August. Today is October 9th!!!!!!! No call no word no follow up. !! I called twice spoke to a rep who said they will call me back that afternoon and no call back. The tech said they should have a loaner the following Friday and no one called or returned my call. I sent an email they said they have not forgotten and will reach out. Like I said still nothing! My car is still in need of service. I still wasted money on a battery I did not need and Josh Elkins has failed to respond!. I am furious at the lack of accountability this business has shown. After I should have been priority they placed me in the back and ignored my calls emails and request. This is not how a A+ rated business should have handled the situation. Especially after speaking with Josh Elkins who I thought would have taken more pride in his business.
