This last visit, we had a major issue with our vehicle and Santia Antrilli was our service contact, Santia was amazing! She led us thru the whole 10 day process. She kept us updated on the progress of parts arriving, what service was being completed each day and assisted us in any way she could. Super friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and organized. I pulled up to the service department with my 2018 Duramax diesel limping on to the service drive. Fourth of July weekend. Dave Blair and Josh Elkins went out of their way to help me.. I had a very good buying experience, however that was one year ago. Since than my 2017 Yukon has been back to Elkins for numerous repairs and some of it was not under warranty. Additionally, the last time year ago. Since than my 2017 Yukon has been back to Elkins for numerous repairs and some of it was not under warranty. Additionally, the last time I took it in was for new tires. They tried to upsell me over $3K worth of "necessary" repairs. If the car was in good working order when I purchased, how could it now require this much repair work. I have put on about 12,000 miles, but nothing that should have caused all of this sudden necessary repair work. More
