This was my second time getting into a new car with Elkins, and once again I had the pleasure of working with Bob Wiler. He took the time to get me into the cars I truly liked, fully equipped with all Elkins, and once again I had the pleasure of working with Bob Wiler. He took the time to get me into the cars I truly liked, fully equipped with all the bells and whistles I wanted. When I shared the price point I was aiming for, he never tried to steer me toward a lesser vehicle—instead, he worked with me on the numbers to make it happen. I also worked directly with Adam Elkins when turning in my lease, and he made the entire process incredibly easy. There was absolutely no pressure to jump into another car on the spot, which I really appreciated. The genuine, no-pressure experience with both Bob and Adam is exactly what brought me back to Elkins for my next new car. Highly recommend. More
