Great Customer Service! I’ve been to Elk Grove Toyota twice in 6 months, once for regular service and this last time because my Hybrid Indicator light came on after my husban I’ve been to Elk Grove Toyota twice in 6 months, once for regular service and this last time because my Hybrid Indicator light came on after my husband jumped his truck with my Prius. Now no one new it was a big “no-no” so no blame to my husband, but the service department said not to drive it for fear of damaging it. We towed it in and the service department kept it over night to squeeze it in between other vehicles. They found my car was fine and didn’t even charge me for the service! Thank you Toyota, great job, good communication and nice people who know what they are doing. Shirley More

Quick and painless maintenance visit Upon arriving, I was taken care of promptly. The steward recorded some of my cars information and directed me to the maintenance office. Would rate him 10/10, and would recommend him both a raise and a promotion for superior customer service skills and professionalism that reflected well on the services I would expect from Toyota. Anyway after talking to him for a short bit, he directed me to the waiting room. I also love your guy's waiting room. The free hot chocolate and donuts made my wait that early Thursday morning very bearable. The hot chocolate tasted great by the way. Thankfully my service only took an hour and I was out quickly after that. Overall very satisfied with my visit this time around, particularly because Andy is awesome and so is your waiting room and free services. More

Toyota Highlander I have always been treated with respect and kindness at Elk Grove Toyota. There is a service center closer to where I live however, I prefer to drive I have always been treated with respect and kindness at Elk Grove Toyota. There is a service center closer to where I live however, I prefer to drive to Elk Grove to keep my Highlander in top condition. The service advisor, Gary Oehler was courteous and knowledgeable. I usually wait for my car and it is always ready when expected. Keep up the excellent service. Gary is not the only service advisor who has helped me in the past, unfortunately I am not sure of the others names. They have all been very helpful. More

The service staff have always been excellent over the past 10 years and 3 on mobiles that I purchase from this dealer. John when is a example of this excellence in customer service in explaining the different options for your car in providing information and going beyond in customer service to make sure you know everything you have the information and your car is taking care of in the best way possible.
