However, after hours phone system is a mess. Doesn't provide service hours and line/extension transfers are dropped. No indication that anyone is paying attention to the functionality of this system. What the heck! More

I called Elk Grove Honda and inquired on a specific Honda Accord color and model. Ola one of their salesmen assured me they had the car and let me know that the car would be in the front for test drive. On m Accord color and model. I let him know because of traffic I was running a bit behind. Upon arriving to the dealer he greeted us and let my family know that the car had already been sold. The nerve of him, he called me to ask what time I would be arriving to the dealer but couldn't let me know that the car had been sold a day before according to his boss Mike. How desperate can you be that you have to be dishonest about even having the car. I am not going to lie words were exchanged and my husband and I became very upset. We let him know that what he did was very unprofessional on his behalf. He told us to get the F#*#* of the dealer like he owned the place. Definently will never be going back to that dealer. BEWARE OF OLA make sure you ask for his boss when you call and inquire on the car you are interested in. He is a very discusting unprofessional individual that is clearly only looking to making a sale not caring about the customer. More

I called back early following day and I was told car was ready for pick up - When I questioned what was done I was informed they removed an air deflector with out my permission due to a broken grill which I had not been informed of. I approved the fix of the grill waited three days and was told the car was ready for pick up again. On pick up I read the paperwork only to find out there are two other major issues with the car that need to be looked at that I was not informed of. Total and complete lack of communication for faith that the car was repaired. DO NOT USE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY More

I made another appointment to talk to a manager and it my fault cause I signed it.There was my salesman there that heard $40,800 out the door.The Wizard is a scam artist.After taking the off all the other things they sold us. Fraud Never ever buying any cars from Honda again... the finance manager here are freaking scam artist. They scammed my girlfriend into buying a Honda for $49,997 in finances, we came in to buy a Honda Accord, and they told us we only be paying 30438 for the car with finance, sale tax and interest rate for finance it would be around $36040. They told us it comes Navigation and Warranty free of charges but when I left to the bank to pick up $15,000 in cash to down payment on the car. The finance management had my girlfriend went into the finance room to fill out a paperwork, they filled out two separate paperwork One was listed the finance total at 49,997 which was ridiculous for a Honda vehicle, and she rejected it, so they dropped down to 36,040 so that's why we decided to finance it but when the finance manager printed out the paperwork, they instead printed out the old finance paper for the vehicle which cost $49,997 by installing all the extra stuffs like extended warranty, coating, tinted, GPS, Accessories which we told them we do not want it but instead they still put it into the vehicle without even telling us. My girlfriend signed the paperwork without reading it over again to see if it was the new finance paperwork so instead she signed for the one where the vehicle costed $49,997 so after that we didn't know there was all these extra stuffs installed on there because when we brought the vehicle in to install the tinted windows which is the only thing we wanted it, they installed all these items into the vehicle and didn't list the pricing on the paperwork when pick up your car at the service center. We only recently find out that it was listed on the finance paperwork which we did not have a clue it was the wrong paperwork that my girlfriend signed so now we basically finance a Honda vehicle that cost $49,997.(wow ridiculous, I know you guys want to sell but really? You really go to con a girl out of her money when she has tuition to pay for. I could understand if it was $2,000 difference but really? $49,997 for a Honda Accord? That's over $13,000 difference from $36,040) This finance management basically just scammed/con us by adding things into the paperwork that was not verbally consent or agreed upon. We've been loyal customers to Honda since a long time ago. I bought a Honda Pilot $36k there, two Honda Accords 2016 for $31040 and even bought a 2012 civic back then. We has never been so frustrated with any car dealership's management until now. We bought Trucks from Toyota and Lexus Sedan from them also, they has never disappointed us or tried to scam their loyal hardworking customers into paying for more. I was so overwhelmed today after reading the paperwork noticing that my girlfriend signed the ripped off finance paperwork of $49,997. She has school to finish and tuition to pay for. We tried talk to the manager, but he doesn't even have the face to actually talk to us so he told a new finance guy to push us away by telling us they cant do anything about it. You guys installed things into the car without even asking us for consent by adding it on the paperwork while I was away at that moment because I was pulling out $15,000 for down payment, for you guys to con a girl into signing them and acting like you guys don't know anything about it. I can't believe people would be so evil to make some money. BEWARE This place is a big scam especially the finance department! They will install a lot of things without your consent and add it into your finance paperwork. I hope this guy Mark get arrest for fraud one day. I cannot believe this place let this dirt bag con their loyal customers. DO NOT SIGN anything in their private office. Sign your paperwork in front of the cameras. Extended warranty is a scam!!! When I purchased my car from this dealership, I was given an option to purchase an extended warranty which at the time I was told that it will cover w When I purchased my car from this dealership, I was given an option to purchase an extended warranty which at the time I was told that it will cover wear and tear of the tires. Well I have my car for 3 years now and one of the tire have a bubble. I took it in and was told that the warranty doesn’t cover it. End up have for pay for the service. Needless to said Honda salesmen will said anything to make a sell. Please don’t purchase and extended warranty because it’s a scam and they will tell you just about anything to get out of replacing or fix your car. For being a big dealership Honda you sure do look like a bunch of scammers! It’s sad to say I will not buy my future car from here again or continue to do any kind of services with them! More
