Mike Silva and Viet Le in the Service Departmetn of Elk Grove Honda are the most dishonest, unprofessional and unethical. They are negligent and damage cars while overcharging. They take no ownership for damages, and will go at any lenght to lie and deceive and verbally abuse clients who have valid concerns... Just awful place... Mike Silva should be fired, along with this right hand-Viet le....

After hours phone system leaves much to be desired. Needed to verify an early morning service appointment. Didn't receive text update so needed to call dealership but was too late to reach anyone. Apparently weekday service hours end at 6pm and not 7pm or 8pm as shown online. Understandable that such information may be out of date due to COVID impacts. However, after hours phone system is a mess. Doesn't provide service hours and line/extension transfers are dropped. No indication that anyone is paying attention to the functionality of this system. What the heck!

Apparent condenser leak. It’s under a factory defect warranty. Mr.Le off the bat said if it’s their fault and they have to fix it and have to keep the car, they will not have a replacement vehicle to give us at that time. So I have to be without a car that I’m paying for because you built the car with defective parts and I gotta be without a vehicle to get to work, to be able to pay for a car that’s broken?! Their customer service is terrible!!!

I called Elk Grove Honda and inquired on a specific Honda Accord color and model. Ola one of their salesmen assured me they had the car and let me know that the car would be in the front for test drive. On my way to the dealership he called me and asked me if I was on my way. I let him know because of traffic I was running a bit behind. Upon arriving to the dealer he greeted us and let my family know that the car had already been sold. The nerve of him, he called me to ask what time I would be arriving to the dealer but couldn't let me know that the car had been sold a day before according to his boss Mike. How desperate can you be that you have to be dishonest about even having the car. I am not going to lie words were exchanged and my husband and I became very upset. We let him know that what he did was very unprofessional on his behalf. He told us to get the F#*#* of the dealer like he owned the place. Definently will never be going back to that dealer. BEWARE OF OLA make sure you ask for his boss when you call and inquire on the car you are interested in. He is a very discusting unprofessional individual that is clearly only looking to making a sale not caring about the customer.

DO NOT USE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY. HORRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE. You can not trust that car is repaired or that your car is not in need of more service. Dropped the car off to fix an issue with the air conditioner. Was called late in the day when I returned the call I was informed the service technician was no longer available. I called back early following day and I was told car was ready for pick up - When I questioned what was done I was informed they removed an air deflector with out my permission due to a broken grill which I had not been informed of. I approved the fix of the grill waited three days and was told the car was ready for pick up again. On pick up I read the paperwork only to find out there are two other major issues with the car that need to be looked at that I was not informed of. Total and complete lack of communication for faith that the car was repaired. DO NOT USE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I bought a new 2008 Honda Passport.I told the guy $40,800 out the door and he came back and said $40,800 I said ok.He showed us the paper $40,800 for the the car the money for our trade in.So we go in sign all the paperwork go home and look at the paperwork and they put my trade in as a down payment for the out the door price .Which the final fast and quick wizard they call jimm did.So I call them Monday morning a told them that this is not what we agreed on.I ask the Wizard what out the door ment.He said if you bought it that day .So I told him right then and there i'll take it for $40,800 and that's when he showed me he put a screw in me he used my go da 2012 with a 120, 000 garage accord excellent condition car for the tax and licence.I so mad we left.Call and talk to a finance manager.And he said he has promblems with this salesman cause he doesn't explain his self a d he fast. I made another appointment to talk to a manager and it my fault cause I signed it.There was my salesman there that heard $40,800 out the door.The Wizard is a scam artist.After taking the off all the other things they sold us. I told them I would never come back to a dishonest place again.I will tell everyone and write all the BAD reviews I can because it didn't bother them people.I don't know how they can sleep at night.And if I owned this place heads would roll the way they treated my wife.Se left crying.
