When I arrived for my appointment there were 10 plus cars ahead of me I was told it would be over four hours. No freakin way. Cancel the appointment and went over to the diesel department, Tony. He told me h ahead of me I was told it would be over four hours. No freakin way. Cancel the appointment and went over to the diesel department, Tony. He told me he could get me in right away. Can’t say enough about Tony, he honest and his knowledge is amazing. You guys ready need to fix your appointment at Quick lane. It also seam the people behind the counter just don’t care. More
So I made an appointment using the online appointment option. Clearly stated I wanted a oil change and recall service that was open. Clearly stated I would wait at the dealer for the work to be done. option. Clearly stated I wanted a oil change and recall service that was open. Clearly stated I would wait at the dealer for the work to be done. The web site touted the comfortable waiting room. Showed up exactly at 11:00 for the appointment. Service rep said since the mechanics all went to lunch at 1:00 my truck likely wouldn’t be done till three or four o’clock. I could go home and come back later in the day rather then wait. I pointed out that didn’t seem reasonable as I live 30 minutes away. After a few uncomfortable moments he said he would go see if a mechanic could start the work right away and get it done before lunch break. In the end it was done in time and I was on my home by 1:00. Oh and the comfortable waiting room was a row of uncomfortable chairs in a hallway. So the service rep did a great job in the end but what is the point of using the appointment system if it lets you make an appointment that basically is not viable? More
Very unhappy that I arrived to pick up the car after they stated it was done, just to start it up and see the check engine light still on. I had not even pulled out of the lot, so returned to the service dep stated it was done, just to start it up and see the check engine light still on. I had not even pulled out of the lot, so returned to the service department, where they asked what the problem was. I told them that the check engine light was still on and the service adviser asked "were we supposed to have fixed that?" Welk, yes, that was the sole reason the car was dropped off in the first place... More
