Tony in the Diesel shop is pretty awesome. He very helpful. When I dropped off my truck for repairs, Tony drove me to the car rental shop so I could get a vehicle while my truck was being work He very helpful. Great Dealership and pleasant service people and usually very prompt service. I’ve been coming here for four years. Yesterday was different though. Even with an appt which I made on line the week before I w very prompt service. I’ve been coming here for four years. Yesterday was different though. Even with an appt which I made on line the week before I waited 2 and a half hours for my car for just an oil change. I required no other work as my tires are brand new(two weeks old)and needed no rotation. Though the waiting area is clean and pleasant, it was more than upsetting to see my car sitting in front of it until after 1:00 when my appt was for 11:30 and I had arrived a few minutes ahead of that to a full drive way and wasn’t sure where I should be parking. My car was finished just a few minutes shy of 2:00. That’s just too long for an oil change with a scheduled appt. I drive from Lodi to have my car serviced as I feel this dealership is better run and more efficient so I was pretty disappointed with this visit. Even the service manager was aware of it and offered me a discount for my wait on this visit for my next visit. I’ll come back but I hope that they will book more wisely for my next appt. More
