This is exactly what my complaint is about. Poor to no communication. I responded to the GM via this site. No response. I responded with a direct email to the GM with no response. Owning my vehicle less than 3 years, I have numerous issues going on that because delays or work was "completed" but did not resolve the issues, I am told they are out of warranty and I will have to front thousands of dollars.
