Elk Grove Ford

I brought my vehicle to the dealership for repair of a large scrape and several small scratches that were on my made to order truck when I purchased it. I called 3 times before Elizabeth called me to sche large scrape and several small scratches that were on my made to order truck when I purchased it. I called 3 times before Elizabeth called me to schedule an appointment. I was told it would take 3 days, but upon arrival that changed to 2 weeks. The day before I was to pick it up, I was told they needed to keep it for another 5 days and I would be called to pick it up. When it was the afternoon of pickup day, I started calling to make sure my truck. After several calls and hours, I was told I could come pick it up at 6pm. 10 minutes later, I was told they needed to keep the truck for another week because the biggest scrape and permaplate was not done. I took the truck back without the scrape or permaplate being done. I am waiting for a 3rd party body shop arranged by Sarah Gublich to schedule me to fix the scrape. I have requested a refund of the permaplate fee. More

Jason did a great job in resolving a door issue on my truck. Jason assigned Micheal to handle the logistics on both my truck and car.
