My experience with the dealership was through your service advisor, Jose Uribe. We had a very pleasant exchange for my reasons for my appointment on June 15th, 2026, discussing my maintenance and reca service advisor, Jose Uribe. We had a very pleasant exchange for my reasons for my appointment on June 15th, 2026, discussing my maintenance and recall concerns. Also, Jose and I discussed my tire alignment issue and concluded that when I get my new set of tires to call to set-up an appointment. I was a bit disappointed that the issue with my engine auto off/on system was not followed through to being fixed when I brought this issue up with Jose. Nonetheless, I'll bring that issue up again for my tire alignment. More
Service itself is good. Had 730 am appt, had to text and then call for update after 130pm. Finally got word on repairs and told car would not be ready until next day. Noon a Had 730 am appt, had to text and then call for update after 130pm. Finally got word on repairs and told car would not be ready until next day. Noon and still no word from service advisor. Called and spoke with Joe who told me my advisor left for the day. Joe was great, found about the status of my car and made sure they called when it was ready. Some advisors need to communicate better. Will request not to have her next time. More

The other three tires on the vehicle also needed to be replaced. The dealership also inspected the brakes and found that the front brakes needed to be replaced. I experienced three items with the work on my Transit that troubled me and also my wife. 1) After leaving the dealership I discovered that a valve cap was left off of one of the tires. So we went back to the dealership to have one installed. 2) I was notified by James Cruz that my vehicle was done. I told him that I needed a ride to the dealership, he said he would take care of it, I waited 1 1/2 hours for my ride, and then contacted James Cruz. He didn't know what happened but he would find out and get the shuttle to me. 1/2 hour later the shuttle arrived, the shuttle driver said that he handed a slip of paper from James. the driver said that he was looking for me at the dealership and could not find me. 3) The next day I went to drive the vehicle and I discovered that the spare tire that was installed (by AAA) because of the flat tire and was removed from the vehicle so the new tire could be installed was put into my vehicle in the back seat and not put back under the vehicle where it belongs. I called the dealership to talk to James Cruz, he was not at work so I talked to Sean (spelling) and explained the issue to him. We decided on the next week on Monday that I would bring the car in at 7 am and that Sean would take care of it and he didn't know why the tech put the tire inside of the vehicle and not under the car where it belongs. So, I arrived at the dealership on Monday before 7 am. The counter staff said that Sean didn't start work until 11 am. but that they would take care of the tire. I wait almost 1 1/2 hours again. very disappointing. My wife and are hoping (worried) that everything is OK with the new brakes that were installed that they didn't forget to do something correctly.
