Waited around on Wednesday same thing even when I call and left more messages finally around 5 I spoke with a live person and was told it needed 4 hoses that they had to get and would not be ready till Thursday. This lack of communication needs to be addressed as your customer service is awful I have already left a message on yelp stating how awful Ford Dealership is. I will never be coming back there I will find some place else who cares about there customers better. More
James, in Quick Service took care of me and was fabulous! The 30,000 mile service was completed on time and the technician spotted an additional service that needed to be done. The service was completed in a very timely fashion and James kept me informed of the status throughout the day. Car was dropped off at 10 am. Maybe bc I didn’t wait there my car wasn’t prioritized. I had to call at 2 pm for a follow up. She said there was going to be another inspection. I said ok I may not be available today for pick up it may have to be the next day. I didn’t get a follow up call. I called at 5 pm no return call. The next morning we went to pickup the car. Read the piece of paper to see if there was anything wrong and what was done before I signed. Minimal interaction with the advisor. She just give me the key and said my car was parked outside. Would come and get another advisor. More
