Mike and the cashier on 11/14/25 were great…. I thought my bill would be higher… the shop spent a while trying to figure out my electrical problem (weeks) and charged me less than $110.00! This is the second vehicle with transmission issues that this service team has not been able to figure out. It literally feels like my motor is going to fall out do the bottom of my 2023 expedition and all this service team has not been able to figure out. It literally feels like my motor is going to fall out do the bottom of my 2023 expedition and all they have to say to me is they drove it a couple of times and they didn’t feel it. I feel it multiple times a day. But mostly drive in town which I told them. Seems like a safety concern that they have no interest in figuring out. My last vehicle was also a transmission issue that was lemon lawed that they couldn’t figure out either. More
