I have been shopping for a new Jeep for many months but could never find the right deal and a salesman I trusted. I found both dealing with Victor Bloom. I felt he was honest and represented Elk Grove Do could never find the right deal and a salesman I trusted. I found both dealing with Victor Bloom. I felt he was honest and represented Elk Grove Dodge in an honorable way which is hard to find in this day and age. To recommend Victor to my friends and clients is the least I could do to help them buy a new car. The young lady in the finance department (sorry I forgot her name) was first class and completely professional. She work her butt off to get the best financing she could for me...
