I went to this dealership because they had they had the vehicle i was looking for, when i started to send my information in to get contacted i never got contacted. When i called the dealership no one picked up the phone. Towards the end i get in touch with a guy named Daniel. Which i never met. Instead of him i met another guy who is an internet sales manager which he totally made my experience really bad. No matter which option i tried giving options for both him and I he completely just brushed it off and kept trying to push me to go look at another dealership. He tried giving me an offer for my trade in which he never did the appraisal with a full inspection instead he just told me we could not make a deal and did not try to give me other options to even try to come to a deal. He just kept refusing and saying no deal was possible. When i ask to talk to the manager he denied that and he told me that tomorrow he could talk to him. I left the dealership and the next day i recieved an email from the general sales manager Devin Bizzozero asking how my expierence was and i told him it was not a pleasant one that i wanted to attempt going and talking directly to him and with him everything changed. He helped us and treated us correctly. A deal was possible to be made which the complete opposite of what the other guy had told us. At the end of the day he made the deal possible and was very helpful and well as kurt and josue. They were the most helpful and really changed our experience at that dealership.
Shayna greeted me when I arrived and was very professional and pleasant! She provided options to me and took the time to explain everything. During the entire process, she kept me up to date with what was going on. Very happy, I would love to work with her in the future!
The sales person was great didn't push and the finance department was very good explaining everything I had the best buying experience I have ever had.
