My husband and I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey about five months ago, and the car really wasn't good on gas, not like we had expected. Only to find out that the Dodge Journey fuel pump was defected. For the most part I think he gave me a fair price, however, I do have some concerns: 1.I ordered a soft top as an extra for $1400. I was then told I'd have to return in two weeks to have it installed after it comes in. As I live two hours away from the dealership, this has become an inconvenience for me. For a $1400 accessory, Elk Grove Dodge has made me feel like they are doing me a favor. Since I bought a brand new vehicle I feel that this soft top should have been discounted especially since I am having to drive over 100 miles and hang around to have it installed. 2. They only give me one key for a brand new jeep and when I asked for a second key I had to wait for almost an hour. I actually want to get a third key, which I will order on my next visit. 3. I'm not sure why I am being charged $200 for Sirius radio when I really am not interested in this option at all. I hope this feedback is helpful. Ron More
