To be honest, we had left home and I told my wife that today we were just looking and we would not be buying a car. He was a no pressure salesperson and helped us look at a car we felt interested in. We weren't sure that the niceness of the car we were looking at was in our budget. However watching him and Shak arm wrestle to get the numbers down and allowing us to drive the car home for the night prior to purchasing, sold us on the car. We would recommend the show at this dealership, and Ira and Shak, to anyone willing to take a scary auto buying experience and turn it into a light hearted, exceptional value rated experience. Vince Bloom, the General Manager, even took time out of his busy schedule to come out and introduce himself. We really felt as though everyone that helped us at Elk Grove Dodge was really there to help US, not to help themselves. From the sales manager, Steve Coopersmith, who helped us reach the deal we were looking for to Jim Kelly the finance person that took time to explain every finance piece in detail so we were completely comfortable. An hour later he had picked out the perfect car for us (new red Chrysler 200) and we test drove it. At no time did I feel pressured; he worked with the finance manager and they had me in my vehicle at the price I needed within my time frame. I am so thankful that I waited and came to this dealership.
