Poor service experiance I went in for an oil change time in 8:40am ( last chg. 3500 mi.) while there the service mgr. reviewed my file and found several issues that were n I went in for an oil change time in 8:40am ( last chg. 3500 mi.) while there the service mgr. reviewed my file and found several issues that were not resolved.. They also determined that the Computer need to be reprogramed as per service letter issued by Nissan. I agreed that that might resolve the transmission issue of poor acceleration. while waiting one of the service people showed me first an oil filter Which I felt could be changed so I agreed them later another square filter which I was told was a cabin air filter , very little dirt I declined to have that replaced. work was not finished until 12:45 pm Result computer programing seemed to help the transmission hesitation and performance issue. I was told oil change was completed The next day my wife entering on the passenger side of the car noticed the panel near the console were removed and left unsecured. I returned to the service dealer.. thinking the air filter was not replaced The Service mgr. and head mechanic inspected the car They don't know what filter was shown to me but the mechanic explained the size was not the cabin filter ? I was shown a filter apx. 4"x8" The mechanic said the cabin filter is much smaller, they also found the panel on the driver side also unsecured . They replaced and secured the panels. Now there is a trust issue I'm still not sure what filter I was shown ? Did I receive a complete and proper oil change, was. anything else overlooked or disturbed. The people at Elite Nissan I was a walk in because my trunk would not open. I made an appointment for the next day and I had also received a call back for the airbags. They were very helpful and found several things wrong with my car which is a 2006 Sentra. They were not pushy and very helpful. I will make an appointment to have the repairs done there. Nelson in the service department was very helpful and so were the others workers (sorry I don't know their names). I would recommend to everyone to go there. More

Great service and a great price I was a walk in customer who arrived at 7:45am with an Express service post card and requested an Oil change and rotation of my tires. The service manager took my car and said that we will have me out in no time. He completed my service and a 27 point inspection and I was completed in about an hour. I was very happy with this service and the Service Manager. More

When I walked in to this dealership it was a completely different experience. I was introduced to a salesman named David. He was great. I had a budget and He was very understanding, knowledgable and I could immediately tell that he truly cared about me as a customer. My lease was almost over and I started a new lease with him. He showed me everything there was that I needed to know about the vehicle and I couldn't be happier. One truly could not ask for more in a salesman. If anyone I know is looking for a Nissan without a doubt I will send them to Elite Nissan and ask for David L!! More
