Expedient Customer Service Elite Nissan was able to inspect my vehicle the same week I called them, other dealerships claimed to have been booked for the next 4 weeks. No issues at all with customer service, they got me in & out, asked me to be specific in describing the nature of the sound I heard and when it occurred etc. The next morning they notified me of the problem and replaced the part (wheel bearing covered under warranty). A nuisance that concerned me for about a month Elite Nissan fixed in a day & a half. More
