At some point she left for the day and another receptionist came on duty Alliyah, I approached her about another concern and she too was very helpful after doing some research on the bus linesl. The guy who took my paperwork was Alberto Lazon very polite he heard me venting to Kathryn and he approached with a smile, he said don't worry I will be assisting you today and will take care of all your needs; I will keep you up to date as the work is performed. After sitting for a while, I decided to walk outside in the working area and there I met the serviceman Nima, he too was very assuring as he told me he is going to take care of my every concern. During all my walking around the manager noticed and offered to assist me, so I told him I wanted to change the station on the television, he told me no problem and pointed out the remote control. well this was all I needed; control of the television while I waited. I had a very great experience at Nissan, the team at Nissan is very considerate, they are good listeners, and good workers. More
