Awful Experience! Had an appointment at 10:30am for a battery check. Took them three hours to get results. Didn't get out of there until 1:30pm. This was a NEW BATTERY Had an appointment at 10:30am for a battery check. Took them three hours to get results. Didn't get out of there until 1:30pm. Satisfied I needed an oil change so I brought my car in for the first time to elite nissan. They were helpful when I called to schedule an appointment. When I got there, i found that the waiting area was clean with free wifi and a large tv. The service was on time and I appreciated that they put plastic on the seat to protect my car from oil stains.
