Price gauging In 6 months oil changes went from $80 to $150 without being notified until after car was done. I even showed them where I book appointment online and prices aren’t shown. Manager Pete didn’t care and acknowledged there is a flaw with online system as it should show pricing when booking. The auto checkin guy even admitted he forgot to have me sign the paperwork and tell me about the change when I dropped the car off. A customer show have the right to know the prices up front - this is scamming people. I been coming here for 5 years and will not return. More

A GM dealership that doesn't use ACDelco parts/fluids is not ideal. Cutting costs only hurts the business and the customer. That being said, they did provide prompt service.
