We get home and my husband notices there is a problem with the vehicle. Upon further investigation, we were sold a car that has a recalled part. Now, weeks later, we are receiving three mail communicatio with the vehicle. Upon further investigation, we were sold a car that has a recalled part. Now, weeks later, we are receiving three mail communications about coming in to fix it. So you let us drive home, ao you can have us come back? Especially after you tried to sneak in upcharges. We went there because of Costco and their usual quality companies they partner with. More

My 2021 Silverado that I bought from El Dorado Motors was totaled while sitting in my driveway. In a pinch I contacted El Dorado. Greg James called me in less than an hour and was very sympathetic of my situ totaled while sitting in my driveway. In a pinch I contacted El Dorado. We discussed what I was looking for and my situation and he assured me he would take care of me and had the perfect truck in mind. A couple of days later I went to see it and he was right, he found the perfect truck. Greg went out of his way to take care of me and to top it off Brian Mace was my finance person. I bought my 2021 from Brian Mace, who also went out of his way to see that I was in good shape. It was great to work with familiar people and to experience the level of customer service I received from Greg and Brian. I will be an El Dorado Motors customer for life!
