All in all the overall experience was ok. On our initial visit, we were in a hurry, but wanted to get something started. I wish we would've taken more time to think about our purchase and come back when we visit, we were in a hurry, but wanted to get something started. Also, the night we made our purchase, we were rushed and were NOT well informed on several aspects. Once we agreed to purchase our vehicle, we were escorted to the Finance waiting room. We were there waiting for an hour, at least. We were at the dealership for over three hours, I thought we would've at least been offered something to drink. We had our kids with us & being there for as long as we were, we were never given the option for any acccomodations for them. I would've thought they could've gone to watch tv in the waiting area. We didn't know this area was there until we went back to wait. We have a few issues we still need taken care of with our vehicle. More

Once the glitter was removed form my eyes and daddy told me I needed to get a used car I was mad. When we go to the used lot all I could see was nice cars. Not what I had excepted at all. When our nice sales man came to us he was funny and was totally on my side about getting what I wanted. I thought was gonna get a ugly used crapper. Well long story shot I got a cool 2009 bright orange HHR! I love my new car and will send all my friends to Classic, plus if my friend buys a car I get a check for 100$!!!!~ More

We had never shopped at Classic Chevrolet before this experience. We were greated upon arrival by our sales person Haley Christensen. I had done my research online (another great tool provided by Classic) and knew what I wanted, but Classic once again surprised me with an even better deal than I expected. The Finance Dept. was also great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I have. Just after buying my first silverado I suggested them to a co-worker. A week later he had a silverado as well and was very pleased with his experience at classic. Just recently my wife asked me what I thought as a co-worker of hers was wanting a new vehicle. I suggested Classic and he purchased a vehicle last week from Classic. As long as Classic has what I want I intend to buy from them again in the future.
