It was so nice to have reassurance about the information I was given and be able to negotiate price. Despite our limited budget in these challenging economic times, we needed to replace my wife’s vehicle, which we had literally driven into the ground. A new car was out of the question, and my wife had spo times, we needed to replace my wife’s vehicle, which we had literally driven into the ground. A new car was out of the question, and my wife had spotted a used Honda Civic on the Classic chevyguy website. Last Saturday we decided to visit the dealership to see the car. As we pulled out of the driveway my wife remarked, “Are you ready to be pressured by the salesman?” to which I grimly replied, “No”. We arrived at Classic and entered the showroom to inquire about the vehicle. Surprisingly, no salesperson approached us as we looked at the cars on display. That was a relief. When we finished looking, we approached a salesperson who immediately asked if he could be of any assistance. We then had the pleasure of meeting Mark Clark, whose pleasant and professional demeanor made us feel very comfortable as we explained the reason for our visit. Mr Clark took us to see the advertised vehicle and actually gave us some tips on what to look for when purchasing a used car. Although this was the very first place we visited and the very first car we looked at, it seemed adequate for our needs. We returned to the showroom to work out the numbers. After arriving at a price, we asked Mr.Clark the cost of a new Civic. He gladly went over the numbers, and immediately began to discount the price wherever he could. At no point did we resort to haggling because we both felt that Art was doing everything in his power to give us the best deal possible. We were very pleased, as well as surprised, with the price we received. We then accompanied Mark back out to the lot to see the vehicles that were available. Incredibly, one was a color my wife loved, and after a test drive… we were sold. The following is primarily the reason I am writing this review. While working with Mr. Clark, I realized that even though I was in the middle of a major decision, as well as a major purchase, at no point was I apprehensive or nervous. I believe the comfort I experienced during the transaction was due to the confidence I developed in Mr. Clark, and the belief that he was doing all he could to get us the best deal, without us even having to ask. We would like to thank Classic Chevrolet, Mr. Clark, and also, Jason Jones, for making the ordeal of replacing our old vehicle such an easy and enjoyable experience. We still can not believe how smoothly everything went. I recommend Classic and Mark Clark to anyone looking for a vehicle, and it will be my first stop when the time comes to replace my car. More

This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to me within 5 min., had me towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in someone else's demo until they could figure out what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to David he gladly helped me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and David also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anything and everything to help me. Thanks so much Classic Chevy for such a great experience even during a bad situation. More

Ray Nelson did a tremendous and speedy job in locating the features and color 2010 CTS Cadillac I wanted. He was professional at all times and respectful of my needs. After I got my car, I was so excited to see that it exceeded my dreams. It had features over and beyond what I had thought which made getting it even more satisfying. Those things would be a DVD player, lights around the wood trim, the sunroof was twice the size I expected - wow nice, and manual shift. Leonard Throne also worked in a professional manner at all times. He was attentive yet also gave me my space during and after the sale. He assured me he was there to make this experience a pleasant and worry free one. Leonard delivered my new car clean, full of gas (and also my favorite XM radio station was playing). He also took all the time I needed to educate me on the features on the car and set up OnStar, Bluetooth, etc. He has followed up with me after the sale in a professional way. He has welcomed me to contact him at any time with additional questions or needs. I feel that Cadillac provides a worry free warrantee which I feel so secure with. The one thing I wish they or the dealership would add is a yearly inside detailing cleanup on the vehicle for the life of the warrantee as well. It always feels good when those nooks and crannies, leather, doors, and floor mats are looking new again. Thank you to Classic Chevrolet-Cadillac for making this experience a most pleasant one! We were literally at the dealership for over 6 hours waiting, waiting, and then waiting some more. After we signed all of the papers and drove home our new car, we of course had some questions come Monday morning. We called to get ahold of Nick Burge who was always with a customer or said he would "call us back" and never did. Then, we spoke with Kerry, the Finance Director. When I finally got her on the phone, she again pushed off our inquiry to the next day, giving us her extension and promising she would talk to us the next day. Shockingly, we have left voicemails and have gotten response (with no intention to call us back I'm sure). I will not go into the details of our inqiuries with them, but I will say that with each day that passes by with them not calling us back, our family is losing money. That is not what we were looking for in a car dealership. Classic Chevrolet made a sale and is not taking responsibility for their customers after the sale. Fortunately for them, they won't have to worry about this curious customer any longer. We will be taking our business to another, probably smaller, dealership who has time for the customers who have already purchased vehicles from them. I would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for financing from a dealership or if you are an inquisitive consumer. We are very disappointed. (And still waiting for the finance company to call us back - almost two months later.) More
