I have been going to Eddy's for 40 years and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. While the service dept turnover seems high, I have always been impressed by the people and their kn been satisfied with the service I have received. My latest service rep,Leeson, is always respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about my car and what I need to do to keep it in good running order. More

The representative went the extra mile to check to see if I had coverage on the leaky tire which I did. The result was the tire was replace at no cost to me. In addition the car was ready on time. Great services and great customer service except the oil change technician. He neglect of duties in checking tires pressure and windshield on this last visit. Even though on the paperworks was check as che change technician. He neglect of duties in checking tires pressure and windshield on this last visit.
