Shady dealership, don't get me wrong I love my Toyota but wish I did not buy it from this dealership. I bought the extended warranty and maintenance package that was supposed to cover my wheels and tires. B wish I did not buy it from this dealership. I bought the extended warranty and maintenance package that was supposed to cover my wheels and tires. But when I got a flat suddenly I don't have coverage and that's a different package which we will sell you for a additional $1400. So they lied to me when they said it was in package I bought and I remember having the discussion with the financing guy that it would cover if I put different tires and wheels on my vehicle. So do yourself a favor buy a Toyota but not from Eddy's. More

Work was done fast and video was taken of the car inspection and sent before work was authorized. Over all very good service. People are good people when they actually listen to you talk, if there was any other Toyota service in the area I wouldn’t step foot at any Eddys location. $80 OEM part, marked up to $230, $400 in total to talk, if there was any other Toyota service in the area I wouldn’t step foot at any Eddys location. $80 OEM part, marked up to $230, $400 in total to replace it for 10 minutes of labor. Constantly pushing unneeded service and plans at ridiculous prices. I’ve been a mechanic and understand how shops work with book values and cost. had to schedule 3 different appointments after being told parts were there for recalls and after dropping it off being told they don’t have them. The service department is absolutely horrid. The manager treats women like they are stupid and is very belittling. My car needs warranty work done and he refuses diagnose it. He’s held my car hostage for 4 days now and still has no answers as to why my gas gauges are incorrect and doesn’t return my calls. Calling corporate to find out who else can diagnose my car as it’s still under warranty. More
