I've hald multiple disappointing experiences at this dealership. I took my truck in there for a recall- they did not fix the issue and my truck display screen still says I need to take it in for a reca dealership. Shady dealership, don't get me wrong I love my Toyota but wish I did not buy it from this dealership. I bought the extended warranty and maintenance package that was supposed to cover my wheels and tires. B wish I did not buy it from this dealership. I bought the extended warranty and maintenance package that was supposed to cover my wheels and tires. But when I got a flat suddenly I don't have coverage and that's a different package which we will sell you for a additional $1400. So they lied to me when they said it was in package I bought and I remember having the discussion with the financing guy that it would cover if I put different tires and wheels on my vehicle. So do yourself a favor buy a Toyota but not from Eddy's. More
