The overall experience was very layed back and fun. My wife and I were able to come onto the lot and look around with little hassle from anyone. Our salesmen checked on us a few times. I would recommend the dealership as far as Troy Werts is concerned. He was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time getting my financing through. He went way over the top to work for a great outcome. However, I was NOT impressed with Jared Martin or some of the "rules" that he told me that the dealership had. I realize that my Toyota was old and had a lot of miles on it, but at a trade in of $300, they got a great deal. It was still listed in Kelly Blue Book for $1800. I know because I looked it up before we left. Another thing that really upset me was I just purchased a $13,000 vehicle which was sitting on EMPTY. The Toyota I just gave them was on FULL. I had almost 100 miles to go to get home. When I asked about getting some fuel, I got 1/4 of a tank. Really? Another thing about Jared is that when he helped to take the tag off the Toyota, he got his hands dirty which he complained about, alot. Well duh, when you live in the sticks surrounded by nothing but fields, there tends to be dirt. He was not impressive to me and I was really glad to get away from him. More
