As a customer in the past I had always had a negative view of car dealerships. But thanks to Pat Starbuck and the rest of the team at Eddy's they have definitely changed that perception. My wife had rec view of car dealerships. But thanks to Pat Starbuck and the rest of the team at Eddy's they have definitely changed that perception. My wife had recently been involved in a car wreck and we were needing to find a new car immediately. But Pat Starbuck and Danny made this experience painless. Pat treated us with respect and really as a friend and not just as another customer. He allowed my wife to look at any vehicle she wanted and showed us the pros and cons so we could make good decision to fit our families needs. All at the same time being more concerned about My wife since she was still pretty soar from the wreck trying to make the process go by quickly. I will recommend Pat Starbuck and the team at Eddy's Toyota from here on. Thanks again and keep up the good work. More

Gregg Wasson was very friendly when we entered the dealership. He was willing to listen to what we wanted and he wanted to do everything possible to get us what we wanted. The customer service at Eddy's is exceptional. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Eddy's and Mark Smith is an exceptional salesman he goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers ar is the third vehicle we have purchased from Eddy's and Mark Smith is an exceptional salesman he goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied. His knowledge of all the vehicles we have purchased has been excellent. The service that has been done on our vehicles has been great, Bill White is awsome to work with. Mark and the service team are what keeps us coming back to Eddy's. I realize that there is some haggling involved in buying a vehicle, but was disappointed in some of the techniques used by the sales department. Eddy's is lucky to have such great a great salesman and service department because if it was not for our experiences Mark and service we probably would not have purchased this vehicle. More
