I saw a met This review is for my sales person Justice Delarosa. I wanted to trade my 2019 Toyota SR5 Premium in for a 2021 Toyota Off Road Premium. I saw a metallic blue one on Eddy’s lot and inquired about the price. Eddy’s hasn’t had the best reputation in terms of customer service and pricing. In fact, every of my friends who had worked with Eddy’s before had bad things to say. So up till now I had stayed away and purchased my cars out of town. This time, Eddy’s has one I was interested in and I really wanted to support a local dealership. So I did an online inquiry. Mike from Internet sales connected me with one of the salesmen. Let’s just say he turned out to be exactly what I feared most, one of the typical salesmen who dismisses you if they think you aren’t serious. I was upset and contacted another dealership in KC. But while doing that, I also wrote Mike back and asked to work with a different sales person. I’m glad I did because Mike sent me to Justice. Justice turned out to be the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of purchasing cars. He was thorough and patient with all my questions. He ended up having to do a dealer swap for a car that I really like. At the end when I picked up my car, there was a little bit of a mix up but it worked out at the end. I’m happy with my new 4Runner. If I purchase another car from Eddy’s (hopefully a Land Cruiser soon) I would definitely seek out Justice as my salesperson. More
