Ordinarily I give Eddy’s high marks. This time it was not the case. I asked for more information on the tires they wanted to put on the car. Nothing. Ended up getting tires from Discount Tires as we had to leave for Arizona and I had not heard back (still haven’t), and got an alignment while in AZ. If this were the only dealing I’d had with the dealership I would have rated it one star and looked to find another dealership to deal with. Since I’ve had positive dealings in the past, however, I’ll be giving them another shot. I don’t like that there are only yes and no options available for recommending the dealership. Before this it would have been yes, but this makes me reluctant. The only reason I’ll be checking yes is because of previous visits. More

Last year I had concerns with a certain nose coming from my a/c blower. When I had asked my service represented about it, they tile me it was nothing. Michael did the research, maybe not the price I want my a/c blower. When I had asked my service represented about it, they tile me it was nothing.
