Immediately I thought, gangster!! Then 2 car sales men approached us out of no where like ninjas and greeted us with a smile and hand shake. Doy made my buying experience fun and not forced and he went to battle for me to get the best cash price for my car. The appointment was set, anytime after 10am. She called to say that they would be there around 2 pm, and was told "no problem". When she arrived, the NEW owners of the car she was going to buy, were pulling out of the dealership. Then, your employees, try to push her into something else for more money. Not good business. Randall and Doy were awesome with helping me with my first car buying experience. I have had cars before- with the help of mom.
