Service department customer service is amazing Today I had to take my car to an out of state dealership for an oil change and they came back with some things that “needed” to be done that threw a f Today I had to take my car to an out of state dealership for an oil change and they came back with some things that “needed” to be done that threw a few red flags for me that made me feel like they may be taking advantage... so I called Chase in the service department to figure of what was going on.... he was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. Help me reaffirm that I was indeed correct... that since my last service with them I should not need anything :) once I’m back in Missouri I will definitely be going back here for all my maintenance. Just a quick phone call reminded me how awesome this service departments customer service really is. Thanks! More

RUDE MANAGER My husband went here to test drive a car. When he had to leave to pick me up, he accidentally left with the key. As we were on our way to Cuba to a pl My husband went here to test drive a car. When he had to leave to pick me up, he accidentally left with the key. As we were on our way to Cuba to a planned event, the dealership called and told him to return the key right away because it was the only key. My husband apologized and dropped me off and went to return the key, causing him to miss our planned event. When he got there, the manager yelled at the salesman and then proceeded to berate my husband calling him disrespectful. My husband was shocked at this treatment for an honest mistake. Whose fault is it that the dealership has only one key? Whose fault is it that they did not check to make sure they got the key back before he left? My husband filled up the car he test drove with gas anyway and apologized again. We will never be back to that dealership again. I don’t know what their problem is, but they really need mew management. More
