Thank you for the review! However, this is not an accurate account of what happened. Mr. Customer came in to look at a vehicle, we did a walk around the car and even did a test drive. He informed us that he was shopping our car against a car that was about 30 minutes away and wanted to look at that one as well. We told him we would be here with our warranty forever waiting for him. While he was gone we had another guest come into the dealership wanting to look at the same vehicle. We were unable to locate the keys, so we called Mr. Customer to see if he had the keys. After multiple attempts to call and being hung up on and leaving a message, we finally got a return call roughly an hour and a half after Mr. Customer left the dealership telling us he was headed our way. When he came in he told the manager that he wanted to take it to Cuba to show his wife. The general manager came out to let him know that it was disrespectful to reject calls and avoid messages while he knew he had our keys. The owner of the dealership was within earshot of the entire conversation and no voices were raised on either side. We value all customers that come into the dealership and think that everyone has the right to look any of our cars over when they come in. Mr. Customer kept this from happening and we simply made him aware of that. Feel free to call in and ask the owner to discuss any concerns or questions regarding your experience.

My husband was not ignoring your calls. There is virtually no cell phone signal in some places in Missouri. He actually tried to answer but the call cut out. He did not deliberately leave with the keys or ignore your calls. He actually called you right back when the message came through. If the key was so important, why didn’t you check to make sure you had the only key to the car before he left? Why are you blaming the customer for your mistake? Take some responsibility and admit you were wrong to treat my husband like that. Did you even try to hear his side or were you just more interested in telling him off? Open your eyes and realize that you are not always right. And even after you were so disrespectful to him, he still filled the car up with gas and apologized to you again. Yes, my husband made a mistake, but that does not entitle you to treat him with such disrespect and still you are not admitting to any fault! FYI... there is a reason this company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau! Check it out if you don’t believe me.
