THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning ligh I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning lights would randomly come on and not go off. When I called the service department about it, they said it's not " throwing any codes" we don't know what the problem is. What??? It took the car freezing up on the highway when one of the warning lights caused my car to shut down and my husband losing his xxxx on the service department for them to figure out the problem was and fix it. Called them today because I noticed the foam tape seeping up from in between the window and the dash. Telling them I needed them to fix it because they were the only ones to remove the dash. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and it might not be covered by my warranty. What??? They removed my dash, they didn't do the job right the first time and replace the foam tape correctly!!! Now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Run far and fast do not go here!!! More
Ethan my Salesperson was professional, kind, and patient and worked due diligently to ensure all my requests were met. I wasn’t approved originally but him and his boss pushed and got me approved for a 2021 and worked due diligently to ensure all my requests were met. I wasn’t approved originally but him and his boss pushed and got me approved for a 2021 Kia Seltos. The car is absolutely fantastic. Would recommend anyone to go through Kia to handle the hassle of buying a new car More
We had a wonderful experience buying a new Kia Carnival at Kingdom Kia! Camden and Doy were great to work with and made our purchase process the smoothest we’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend Kingdom! at Kingdom Kia! Camden and Doy were great to work with and made our purchase process the smoothest we’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend Kingdom! More
Drove 90 minutes to test drive and, if the numbers worked out, purchase a Seltos EX. The dealers near me didn't have any available. Spoke with Abby on the phone before the trip. She was nice. Unfortuna out, purchase a Seltos EX. The dealers near me didn't have any available. Spoke with Abby on the phone before the trip. She was nice. Unfortunately, it kind of went downhill from there. We got stuck with Pete. Pete is your the stereotypical car salesman. Pete doesn't know the MSRP of a vehicle. When you give Pete the window sticker from another dealer, Pete will try to tell that you should pay five to six thousand over MSRP. Pete assumes you're trading the Kia you drove in after telling you how stupid your trade in looks. Pete, are you aware you sell Kia products for a living? The most offensive thing Pete will do is Pete will draw a box on your trade-in form and write "Buyers will purchase car today if terms are agreeable" and expect you to initial it. I guess Pete thinks this is some kind of legal contract forcing buyers to purchase a car. It's not, Pete. It's manipulation. The car Pete was trying to sell us wasn't even on the lot. We refused to initial Pete's silly box. Everybody got upset and we left. Pete's boss, Dusty, called us later and defended Pete because people get to the final stage of buying from them and back out. Well, Dusty, that's Pete's problem. Not mine. Maybe the way you come to your terms is sleezy. I tell Dusty we're done and hang up. Dusty calls me again. I do not answer. Dusty texts me an said if I come back I can have the car (that they don't even have on the lot) for MSRP if I come back now. That's a hard pass, Dusty. I don't know how many cars Dusty and Pete sell, but they're not selling one to me. If you go to Kia Kingdom, be prepared. Get pre-approved. Know what you want and the MSRP. More
One of the worst experiences ever at a dealership. I would have given zero stars if it were on option. They kept me there for 3 hours and it would have been longer if I hadn’t walked out. I didn’t buy I would have given zero stars if it were on option. They kept me there for 3 hours and it would have been longer if I hadn’t walked out. I didn’t buy a car. I just left fed up, angry, and frustrated! Staff were fake, didn’t listen, tried to use high pressure sales tactics, and they like to play the stupid back and forth games of “well let me see what I can do or I tell you what I can do for you (as if I am a long lost brother or something)”. Do not waste my time and talk to me as if I’m stupid and have never bought a car before. I don’t understand why sooo many dealerships go this route. Thankfully there are some that don’t. I know that I won’t be back. More
ZERO STARS from me. You should be able to leave a review ZERO STARS from me. You should be able to leave a review without having to pick a star. It should have that option. I’ll slam this business til my dying day. I’ve also reported them to the BBB. I run a business myself & I know how to treat customers with compassion & integrity. Kingdom Kia’s service department is pathetic! They’re LIARS & absolutely clueless, and have no customers service skills. They make stuff up to shut u up. I’ve been dealing with the service department since October, my 2012 Sorento was randomly just shutting off as I was driving it. I took it to them 3 different times, they would drive it it a couple miles and inform me there was nothing wrong. I knew my air conditioner was out, I had them fixed it and a few other small things they just milked my pocket book. & guess what my AC doesn’t work. I would complain to my husband. he drove it & it shut down on him. This happened at least every to weeks. May 22, 21 the 100th time my Sorento almost killed me & just shut off as I was driving down I-44 with 2 year old granddaughter. I had to fly into the medium, I almost caused a major accident. We towed it to our trust worthy mechanic who doesn’t lie, within 5 mins, he had the answer to the problem. 17V-225 Knock Sensor Detection System (KSDS) which was a 2019 recall. I bought it June 2020. I paid over 500 dollars to get it towed to Kingdom Kia. They let it sit for 2 weeks til I called. And complain they hadn’t even looked. Kendra called me a liar, that there was no warranties on my Sorento that wasn’t taken care of. I had to inform her of the date of the recall & her the recall number. They finally drive it, magically there’s nothing is wrong with it & I’m a liar. So my husband calls a few days later, bam I was correct! They was going to order me a new motor. I waited well over the time frame of the estimated delivery of my motor & to began to start calling the last week of June. Every person told me the motor arrived the day before I called 4 different times. I’m sure they never ordered it. I don’t know every ones name I talked to, just a few. A mechanic told me on June 28th my motor was delivered the 27th. I call back on the July 15th. Kendra informed me my motor magically showed up July 14th, they had other customers in front of me. I asked to talk to the manager of the service department Adam, he was magically gone. I talked to Chance. He had the audacity to inform me they was busy, he would try to get my car in soon, but there was others in front of me. I asked him to put hisself in my shoes & have his car sitting at a dealership for 11 weeks. He informed me he has had a personal vehicle waiting for over 3 mths. I bet Chance was lucky enough to drive a company car. I had NO vehicle for 90 days. I called today needing my VIN and plate number to get my plates renewed. The service department doesn’t answer their phone. SHOCKER, they never do. I spoke with Shanna, she helped me. She paged Adam the manager of the service department. MY car was magically finished. He didn’t care one bit what I went through. Not one person bothered to call me to tell me Sorento was done. Who knows when they would of thought of that. I never once received a phone call in the 3 mths my car was sitting there. Had I not of needed my vin number, they probably would not of me know for a few months. They don’t care about there customers! 90 days later I drove my car off the lot. I’ll NEVER give this place my business. Do not take your Kia to the Kingdom Kia service department center, they are absolutely pathetic!!!!! More
We got a vehicle here just yesterday and they literally took all day even though we went in Saturday and had gotten everything started besides signing the paperwork. We told them multiple times we were cr took all day even though we went in Saturday and had gotten everything started besides signing the paperwork. We told them multiple times we were crunched for time and we have to get to work. I showed up as they opened and still didn't leave until after 3 , needless to say I didn't make it to work. They were just helping other customers even though they had a customer who was already approved and wanting to drive away, nothing to compensate for the money we lost waiting for them to just ignore us. I was very disappointed with the unorganized system that they had , they told me they were going to pay for the sales tax on our new vehicle but didn't include it in the final paperwork. I am not impressed. More
Made an appointment to see and test drive a car. Had done my research and had cash in hand. Made the appointment with a Brittney she texted me several times to make sure we would be there so as she pu done my research and had cash in hand. Made the appointment with a Brittney she texted me several times to make sure we would be there so as she put it we could "test drive the car to see if we loved it!" When we arrived someone took our information and ask us to sit down. We did. A little later a guy who said he was the sales manager sat down and told us he had know idea what was going on if we had made a deal already or what. We explained everything again. He said he would get the car for us to see. 10 minutes later he comes back and tells us he cant bring the car around because its waiting on a tire. We asked how long it would be. Now get this he says and I quote "three or four days." We drove 50 miles with an appointment to be treated like dirt. We left immediately. With the sales manager still standing there. If I could give a 0 I would. Never even saw a Brittney. Buyer Beware! 03/15/21. More
