Honestly, I did not catch the names of the two wonderfully polite and patient guys who came to my rescue and charged the battery enough to drive the vehicle to the dealership. My truck ilwas in for service. They called and told me that while on the lift it was determined I needed a new wheel bearing and rear brakes but did not fix because frame of truck They called and told me that while on the lift it was determined I needed a new wheel bearing and rear brakes but did not fix because frame of truck is rusted and weak and it was deemed not safe to be on the road. YET they still completed a 119 dollar oil change. They did not bother to call me BEFORE doing the oil to see if I still wanted it even though they wouldn't fix my truck. I am livid and express that to the service tech and all they could say was 'Sorry'. I had no choice to pay thr bill in order to get my truck back. I will not recommend this place to others. Paying for a oil truck on a truck I can't drive on the road. Common sense would have been to call me before doing the oil change knowing they would not repair my truck. I was denied a refund. More
