Although the dealership was clean and pleasant, after my truck arrived the sales person called. I assumed that the truck would be ready for delivery that day, I was wrong! I completed all the necessary pape truck arrived the sales person called. I assumed that the truck would be ready for delivery that day, I was wrong! I completed all the necessary paperwork on the first day. (they even cashed my check) I required a Gooseneck Hitch in the truck and there wasn't one installed. I had to wait 11 days for them to find a hitch and install it. When I came to take possession of my new truck, the DEF was not full. they added some but it was not to the full mark. (I'm assuming that the gauge in this new truck is correct). And finally, every other new vehicle that I purchased, the sales person took time to show me the features of the new vehicle. With this dealership, the salesperson offered to sync my phone with the truck. The salesperson had very little to no knowledge of the feature that was in this vehicle. More

My husband and I recently stopped in for an Oil change and got into the garage immediately and the work was done in good time, we were able to chat with our car salesman and other staff and the work was e and got into the garage immediately and the work was done in good time, we were able to chat with our car salesman and other staff and the work was explained to our satisfaction and we were out in a good time. Everyone there is very friendly and we are glad we went there. We had an oil change at another dealership in the big city a week before and the staff was courteous but impersonal and it took well over an hour for an oil change and my husband finally had to go see if the car was done yet! So this oil change at Ed Morse was a breath of fresh air. More
