Tom was wonderful. He took the time to talk to us on the phone first about the vehicle we purchased, then took time to go over it when we came to the dealership. He made sure we compared it to other vehicles, to be completely satisfied with the one we picked. He even made arrangements to deliver it to us, since we shopped late.
