On Tuesday 9/6 The truck was dropped in service for oil. Change and rotate tires. Service advisor recommended changing engine and cabin air filters. Permission was given to do so. When I picked it up the check engine light was on. I drove back into service. The advisor asked “what’s wrong”. I said the check engine light is on and it wasn’t when I dropped it off. She said she didn’t know why and the tech had probably already left. She came back and said he is there and will look at it. A few minutes later she said he broke a wire when he replaced the filter. She also said it will take time to repair but that she was leaving and he will bring it out when it’s done. When he drought it out he said he repaired it and will order a new harness. The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was still on. On Wednesday 9/7 I called to make sure the part needed to be ordered. The person I talked to said he can’t order it and that I need to to call parts depot get it. I left a message for the service advisor to call me. Elizabeth called me and I told her I need the truck fixed and the parts need overnighted because I’m going out of town and need the truck. She was very short and fairly rude on the phone. The truck was ultimately repaired and is fine now. More

Received a missed call from the dealer. When I called back the person had no ideas who or why I got a call. I said I had my car in service. Have been to the service department twice since purchasing a new truck at the dealership. Neither time have they completed the service in one visit.
