I normally have a great customer experience but this time around it was very poor. When I made a payment, I asked the woman that helped me if they still gave the multi point check summary, she directed me to around it was very poor. I like the service I receive from this dealership on my two vehicles. Yes, there have been a couple of mistakes over the last many years I have used this dealer but in each and every instance they have don two vehicles. Yes, there have been a couple of mistakes over the last many years I have used this dealer but in each and every instance they have done everything in their power to correct them. in my opinion it's not the problem so much as if and how the problem was handled. I have dealt with several of your service managers at this location over the years and all have treated me fairly. Your present service manager at your GM store, Rob Whitmer, is as good as it gets and I plan on continuing my relationship with this dealership for a long time. More
