I have always taken my Lincoln to be serviced at a Lincoln dealer and having moved here just over a couple of years, I found Ed Howard Lincoln. They have always done a great job on my vehicle and I have not had any big repairs to be done. This time was different. I went ahead and had them fix the problem and when I arrived to pay for the repairs, Lanora Smiley, (Lincoln Service Queen!) found that my car was still under the Lincoln extended warranty and this repair was covered. I had believed my car was no longer under that warranty due to the date and mileage but she found that it was indeed still covered. She and the service manager, Travis, were able to save me $3490.95!! Ed Howard Lincoln has always had amazing customer service. This time, it was a huge bonus to me, thanks to them! More
