Wife's new Ridgline experience. We were very pleased with our dealings at Economy Honda. We had a previous BAD experience with Honda of Cleveland (HOC) and sought out Economy Honda i We were very pleased with our dealings at Economy Honda. We had a previous BAD experience with Honda of Cleveland (HOC) and sought out Economy Honda instead. It was a MUCH better experience than Honda of Cleveland who were not forthright to my wife about repairs needed to her 2008 CR-v. We didn't want to trade in the CR-v, but HOC kept insisting she trade it in for a Ridgeline she didn't want. Economy Honda however saved the day. They had a Ridgeline that she wanted and we were impressed with their honesty and integrity and purchased the Ridgeline from them. More

Excellent Customer Service! I had spoke with Juan on the phone prior to coming to dealership. He was very nice and introduced me to Mary & Darrell. Even though, we initially didn't come to an offer, worth purchasing, Mary & Darrell knew my concerns, and addressed it to their very best; Everyone was very professional! Regardless of the holidays, Darrell continued to stay in contact with me and once we agreed upon an price, I came back to the dealership and everyone around was very helpful. Dealership is very clean and many of the other team members around, was quite helpful making the entire process, smooth as can be. All the department individuals I met were excellent!
