Very disappointed I was on my way to pick up my the 6th vehicle I have purchased over the years from Sun Auto today. I had noticed on their website they were giving a I was on my way to pick up my the 6th vehicle I have purchased over the years from Sun Auto today. I had noticed on their website they were giving a selection of items (1) with the purchase of a vehicle in February. I asked my sales person if I could have the car mats and was told " I you don't like the current deal we can forget the whole thing." No only had I purchased 6 vehicles from them, but I have sent 3 friends there as well that have purchased vehicles. I was more than half way there when I turned around keeping the vehicle that I have. I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated, and that I have to find another place to spend my money. Not a great way to keep customers, and loose the potential for many more! More

Best car buying experience ever I've been meaning to write a review for some time but haven't had a chance! I've had my car for 2 years now (as of last month) and have not had a sin I've been meaning to write a review for some time but haven't had a chance! I've had my car for 2 years now (as of last month) and have not had a single problem. I have put money into it for maintenance, like oil changes, flushes, and new tires but that's it! I took two trips between NY & Florida and even pulled a trailer. Bill O'Gorman (Uncle Bill) is great! Car buying can be so stressful and feel like such a hassle, not to mention that usually sales people force themselves on you as soon as you walk through the door! My experience was nothing like that. Bill adds humor, a friendly touch, and makes the entire experience from start to finish wonderful! I traded in quite a lemon that I only had 6 months and put over $2k in. It was so refreshing to get such a wonderful car, even with spotty credit! I have moved to Florida but I will honestly considering driving to NY to get my next vehicle. Sun Auto is like no other. More
