I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and they brought it down from Cicero for me so that I could test drive it. Unfortunately I did not love it. 2012 used chevy equinox me and my gf bought a 2012 chevy equinox 7\9\2015 from the cortland store have had nothing but problems with it took 6 days to get so far the car has me and my gf bought a 2012 chevy equinox 7\9\2015 from the cortland store have had nothing but problems with it took 6 days to get so far the car has had to have the Cadillac converter replaced one burnt ring new pistons and rings timing belt was loose and and now lt needed new brakes n rotors in the right front because they lied and said they changed all the brakes when they just changed the back ones and they put new front tires on the front never changed the back ones which is not good for all wheel drives and the service department says oh we didnt need to change the back meanwhile the tires are not wearing equal chris henry was our sales person he picked the car for us we never got to see it or test drive it the 1st time we seen our car is when we picked it up this is not how dealers operate he ran my credit many times with out my concent i have asked for new back tires many times get the run around i will never buy another car from you you sell junk it does not take 6 days to get a car , n tomorrow the car is going back to the shop again. buyers beware they will try and sell u anything they can to make a sale i have filed a complaint with the BBB because now i,m seeking reimbursement for the 260.00 its costing me to change my back unsafe tires that they refuse to change More
