I had a great experience from start to finish! Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about ME! I started with Raven, and due to a time crunch on my behalf, finished with Jess came in contact with was knowledgeable, kind, and concerned about ME! I started with Raven, and due to a time crunch on my behalf, finished with Jesse a couple days later. Both very pleasant experiences, with my best interest as top priority! I'd also like to give a shout out, and mention the Management Team! They introduced themselves and followed up, making sure my experience was the best! The ONLY hard or difficult part was coming up with the perfect name for my AMAZING car!! So between Raven, Jesse, & The Mgmt. team I would HIGHLY recommend Echo Park of San Antonio!! THANK YOU ALL! HORRIBLE. We made an appointment to buy a particular vehicle. They ran our financing. We drove 4 hours for them to tell us that the family prior to us had bought it.
